We want you to love your Trelise Cooper purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are in their original condition with all designer tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the parcel to avoid processing delays.

  Ship the Items

  Affix your return shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
